Forward-looking planning documents. Each plan owns its acceptance criteria, rollback story, and (where applicable) a research queue. Once a plan is delivered it gets archived under archive/.

• Stage 1 — Rebuild — foundational rebuild after the research findings that reframed the problem.
• Stage 2 — Pair flow — pair-handshake forwarding through the dylib injection seam, Option δ shim layout, Phase D Go-only backend.
• Stage 2 / Phase C self-research queue — Q1-Q5 standalone tracker for the empirical work that closes the remaining gap between Stage 2.C and Phase D.
• Docs reorganization — this very migration plan, with execution phases, ADR list, and the October 2026 reevaluation point for the docs engine.

Archive

See archive/ for plans that have been superseded or delivered. Filenames carry an absolute date prefix (YYYY-MM-shortname.md) so chronology survives the topic grouping.
