Concrete step-by-step operational guides. Each runbook is written so that it can be followed cold, without needing context from the rest of the docs tree.

• State-tagged probe template — required Dimension 1-8 state capture for any AUA-related probe (per feedback_state_tagged_testing.md).

Runbooks for iosmux-restore.sh, the bridge setup, and the patched-pymobiledevice3 install workflow are still tracked under Phase 7 of the docs reorganization. Until then, the existing scripts under scripts/ carry their own usage notes in their headers.
